Hi, Kia Ora and welcome to Coff Weddings. My name is Shaun Coffey and I guess the start of the poem above from Lord Bryon best sums me up. My passion for the Ocean and Surfing has recently lead to my relocation back to my birth place here in Taranaki, New Zealand. Okato to be precise on the beloved surf highway. So when Im not busy shooting wedding photo's and setting up our unique rustic wedding venue I'll be in the water or behind the lens capturing surf photos.
I'm honoured to be put in charge of capturing images and memories of one of the greatest days of your new lives together. I take full pride in being able to document it just the way it pans out on the day, even when things don't go fully to plan. You see it's those moments that convey the pure escence of the journey your about to embark on. The Beauty of a snap shot, and being able to get that image that says more than words is where I strive to be during your magic day.
Remember "I got you" so relax and concentrate on what you can control, and everything else will just flow the ways it's meant to. Have fun, smile, love and laugh lots, it will make my job that much easier. Be yourself and forget the camera is even there.
If I do give you a lil' guidance for some couple and portrait shots, it's just to get the composition, lighting and feel right. So again allow trust to get you through and have faith in me as your photographer and i'll promise you the end results will show you just how amazing you are!
